General terms and conditions

These conditions are edited by BONNE NOUVELLE TRADING SAS, owner of the brand Ysaure. These terms and conditions are applicable between BONNE NOUVELLE TRADING SAS (mentionned below as « Ysaure », its commercial brand) and the Customer purchasing a product on the website

These terms and conditions are permanently accessible in French and English at the following address: so they can be read or printed at anytime. In case of difference between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.

Your purchase of any of the products offered on the Site (Products) is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order for any Product you agree to be bound by them. Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Site is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.


1) Products

The Products are owned and sold on the Website by Ysaure. Ysaure attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.


2) Customer

To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity


3) Prices

The prices charged are those displayed on the Website at the time of ordering.

Sale prices are indicated in euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs. The Value Added Tax is the VAT applicable on French territory.

For clients located in the European Union, we cover the cost of import duties. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier

For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. Unfortunately we cannot predict if and when a country may charge these fees, and Ysaure is not responsible for payment of any duties or tariffs.

Prices do not include shipping costs. The User will be reminded of the fixed sum charged as a contribution to delivery costs when he/she makes his/her product choice,v and shall be charged to the User at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the Products selected.


4) Process

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product must:

– Complete the identification sheet which shows all the data requested

– Complete the online order form giving all the references of selected products;

– Validate the order after reviewing it;

– Make payment as provided;

– Confirm the order and payment.

The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of other conditions. All the supplied data recorded and confirmed valid proof of the transaction.


Confirmation worth signing and acceptance of transactions. Ysaure will email a confirmation of the recorded order.

Ysaure reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, especially with regard to the availability of products.


5) Terms of payment

Full payment must be made when ordering. At no time payments can be considered as a deposit. No shipping in payment against delivery will be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Customers can pay their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Amex) via the Stripe secure platform. All information shared for the purpose of processing the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. They are not stored in our information technology systems.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, a given undertaking to pay through a credit card is irrevocable.

Any order placed on the Site implies a guarantee by the Client that they have all the necessary permissions to use payment methods available on the Site. Ysaure reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if it encounters difficulties in collecting payment.

We do not store credit card information of our clients on our website.


6) Shipment

The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the goods have left the premises of Ysaure. In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made with the carrier within three days from delivery. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if they exceed fourteen days of the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and the buyer paid.

Where a parcel is not received within the stated time, the matter is investigated with the carrier; this may require up to ten (10) working days.

Where the order is not received within the time specified above, for any reason other than force majeure or the actions of the User, any sale may be cancelled at the Customer’s written request, in accordance with Articles L138- 2 and L138-3 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). All amounts paid by the User will then be refunded to him/her no later than fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, save for any compensation or deduction.

On receipt of his/her order, the User shall check the compliance of the Products received in performance of that order. Any anomaly affecting the delivery (namely: missing or damaged Products, damaged parcels) must first, without fail, be noted on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten, signed reservations to the carrier. Following this, any anomaly must be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the Products to Ysaure by e-mail :

Ysaure reserves the right to request that the User returns the non-compliant or damaged Product to it.

In the event of abnormal or unreasonable returns, Ysaure may refuse to honour any future order.


7) Return policy

Ysaure has a 14 days return policy. Any unwanted item must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at and specify us your name, full address, bank detail for the refund and the reason for shipping the shoes back. Return costs shall be borne by the customer.

Important note : shoes must be in their original condition, tried on a carpeted floor. The box should be returned as well in its original condition as it is considered part of the product. It is only after checking that those conditions are satisfied that Ysaure will refund the amount matching the returned items, except for the initial shipping fees. Otherwise, no refund can be asked, the customer will stay the owner of the product that he can get in a delay of 30 days at Ysaure’s office.


8) Ysaure responsibility

The Seller, in the online sales process, is bound by an obligation of means; his liability cannot be invoked for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, hacking, viruses, break service, or other unintended problems.



9) Intellectual Property Rights:

All products and texts, comments, photos, trademarks, artwork, concept, illustrations and images from the Site are the exclusive property of Ysaure and are protected by intellectual property rights in France and in the world. Total or partial reproduction of these materials or the Site is strictly prohibited.


10) Litigation

These online terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
